Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Standard Shipping 6–12 Business Days
Standard delivery typically arrives within 6–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Expedited Shipping 3–5 Business Days
Expedited shipping is available for $35 where offered at checkout. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping
Khai’s House ships to supported international destinations available at checkout. We currently do not ship to Turkey. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Returns
We offer 30-day free returns on eligible unworn items with original tags attached. To begin a return, email hello@khaishouse.com with your order number.

Exchanges
We offer free size exchanges on eligible items. If you have an upcoming event, please let us know the date when contacting us and we will do our best to prioritize your replacement.
