Welcome to Khai’s House. These Terms of Service govern your use of khaishouse.com and purchases made from Khai’s House. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Product Presentation
We work to present product descriptions, sizing, colors, materials, and images as accurately as possible. Appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations, or styling. Some visual content may be digitally created or enhanced. Product descriptions, measurements, materials, and variant information shown on the product page are the controlling product information.

Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, or inability to fulfill an order. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, or other fees will be displayed or calculated where applicable. By placing an order, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the amount due.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping rates, processing times, and estimated delivery times are governed by our Shipping Policy and the options shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, address issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns and Refunds
Our Refund Policy applies to all returns and refunds. Khai’s House offers 30-day free returns on eligible unworn items with original tags attached. To begin a return, email hello@khaishouse.com with your order number. Once a return is received and inspected, eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Promotions and Discounts
Discount codes, sale pricing, free-shipping promotions, and other offers may have separate eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase amounts, or usage limits. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Intellectual Property
The Khai’s House name, logos, branding, website design, photography, graphics, text, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Khai’s House and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without permission.

Reviews and Customer Content
If you submit reviews, photos, comments, or feedback, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate another person’s rights. You grant Khai’s House a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content for store, customer-service, and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law.

Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, transmit malicious code, engage in fraud, use false payment or identity information, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
