Will my dress arrive before my event?

Orders dispatch within 48 hours and US delivery typically takes 6–12 business days. Order at least 3 weeks before your event so there’s comfortable time for delivery and an exchange if needed. Email us your event date and we’ll flag your order.

How accurate is your sizing?

True to size, with an elegant considered fit. Every product page has a size guide with measurements. Between sizes? Size down for fitted knits; size up for structured or lace pieces.

What are your fabrics like?

We select for hand-feel and drape — lace with real weight, chiffon that moves, knits that hold their shape. If a piece ever doesn’t feel right in person, our 30-day return policy has you covered.

What if it doesn’t fit?

30-day free returns on unworn pieces with tags attached, and free size exchanges. Exchanges are prioritized for customers with upcoming event dates.

How do I care for delicate fabrics?

Cool hand wash or gentle machine cycle inside a garment bag. Hang to dry away from direct sunlight. Steam rather than iron lace and chiffon.
